Arrays/Lists in the inspector of Editor Extension scripts
Strange issue here
I'm currently upgrading my Unity editor extension, Build Automator, and I need to assign an array or list of textures in the editor so that it can use them. The problem is, that the inspector for the script doesn't display the list or array, but works fine if its a singular Texture.
My script is an editor extension that derives from Editor Window, and looks like this
//Build Automator Window
public class BuildAutomator : EditorWindow
{
public List<Texture> PlatformIcons;
Does anyone know why this is, or how to get around it?
How exactly do you have your variable declared? What kind of script do we even talk about? If it's a serializable script (ScriptableObject or $$anonymous$$onoBehaviour) and you're editing it in the inspector, do you have any custom inspector for your class? If so, how is it implemented. If not you may have a property drawer that might influence the field.
Your question currently lacks important information and is way too general and can't be answered. We could guess into the blue but that's not the point of UnityAnswers. Clear questions, clear answers.
