ruby's adventure

Brand new beginner here, doing the Unity learning program which looks impressive until...

I install Unity 2019.3.7f1, because that's the recent stable version, and next step is to download install "Ruby's adventure" tutorial. When i try to do this, it says "you need 2019.2" to run RA. What the?

I'm actually looking to have a play with making tycoon style games - not needing a lot of graphics. Any suggestions for a learning pathway? I notice stuff about C# and scripting.

For context, i'm a finance professional (or used to be until c19) with loads of fringe experience in software development, just no actual coding.
