I get this error lately when my avatar start to catch the object. "The object of type 'AvatarController' has been destroyed but you are still trying to access it.

I think we would need more info here. Are you using the Kinect v2 Examples with MS-SDK and Nuitrack SDK plugin? I'm just guessing, since I know that has a component called AvatarController, and you put Kinect in the tags. If so, try this thread on Unity Forums, the developer of that plugin answers questions regularly in that thread.
