My scene is empty after upgrade scripts
Unity said me that my scripts use older API and I MADE A BACKUP and pressed "I Made Backup, Go Ahead". after that one of my important scenes (there are 2 at all) was empty (ALL MY EFFORTS IMPLODED). Even when I copied backed up data (scripts and scenes and all assets) to Assets folder, my scene was empty. All of scripts, sprites, audio clips and assets were fine, even my second scene, but only my first scene (Main) is now empty.
UNITY SHOULD ANSWER MY QUESTION AND I WANT TO RECOVER THAT SCENE'S DATA How can I recover my scene?
Unity is giving this error for that scene (only that scene, other assets and scenes work fine)
Invalid serialized file header. File: "Assets/$$anonymous$$ain$$anonymous$$enu.unity"
This error didn't occur before I click that Upgrade button.
$$anonymous$$ost of times, Unity freezes because of a small change or when click Play.
After Unity upgraded my scripts, one of my scenes is corrupted.
In Unity scripts, most of common codes should **RUN ON $$anonymous$$AIN THREAD*.
Unity build takes 10m for an empty project.
Please fix these issues. (It'll be much better when you do that)
Please help me! It was the result of 2 weeks hard working, and now I get Invalid serialized file header error.

"I MADE A BACKUP..."
Backup in Unity terms means a copy of your project folder. Just copy your full project from where ever you have your backup stored. Unless you didn't backup the whole project....
