Specific Texture collision

Question

Does Anyone know how I would do texture collision? Like for example. I made a terrain in unity with terrain toolkit, And I have 6 textures on it. It slowely fades from rock to lava. And i want to make it to where, if I step on a specific lava texture it slowely takes down my health.i have already made the main lava plane and added a collider to it to hurt me. But thats a plane. I wanted to know if I could do it with textures.
