How to apply Character Movement Controls to a skeletal rig?
From all the tutorials and guides Ive seen, the scripts being used for controlling the character (right left jump) require a sprite renderer. The problem with my project is my character is made up of many sprites and bones and is under a parent prefab instance. Applying the script to the parent folder doesnt work as there is no sprite renderer, and applying the script to each and every sprite doesnt either.. Is there a way to combine all of the sprites (I guess not). And I cant drag in a png of the whole character cuz the run and jump animations need the prefab with every bones and sprites in it. In short how can I move a character that has many sprites and bones?.
