Character controller walk over other moving collider

Hello,

I'm actually having an issue with character controller and other collider walking on each others.

My player has a character controller with a rigidbody to be able to move and detect other colliders. It's working with walls. But it's not working with my ennemies (capsule collider and rigid body). When I collide with them I sometime walk over their Capsule collider (I tried with box collider too). The more the speed is the most it's happening. And I even tried to set to my enemy a very big collider and I'm still passing over them with my player. It's not happening between enemies collision, So it might be because of the character controller, I guess.

I'm really lost about it because I read tons of thing about it, and nothing is working (change collision shape, play with mass, drag, slope limit set to small value etc...).

I really need help to understand what I'm suppose to do to prevent this. What's wrong with my collision?
