App will not appear on my iPhone! Help!

Hi, I made a basic app with Unity and then built and ran it. I built it in Xcode and followed all the steps I had seen others doing in videos to get it on my phone. I have an Apple Developer Account and everything. My computer trusts my phone, etc., etc.

I now have a Unity app on my phone, but it's not my app. It's a sample app. On the Settings page, it says that it is the Sample Assets app. My app is not even appearing on the screen, even though Xcode says the build was successful. When I press the play button, the Assets app opens. It's definitely not my app though. Please help me! This is my first Unity app, and I really want it to work. Thanks so much.
