Build Android Unity pro project in a Unity free licence

I get a project create with a Unity pro licence, but I'm working on a Unity free licence. When I try to build an Android apk ( with the original project ), it just don't launch on my device ( crash everytime I start it ), but when I transfer my work in a new project ( free ), all works well... So, it's "normal" or there is any solution, to not have to recreate a project ?
