Unity Asset Store package has been deprecated
Hello,
I'm trying to solve or at least understand the asset store admins decision to take down my asset for a Copyright problem.
Here's the email i received:
Unity Asset Store package '* ' has been deprecated (Case 820947)
<'*' has been deprecated.
It has been brought to our attention that this package contains content that you do not own the rights to redistribute. As this is a violation of our User Agreement, we will be removing this project from the Asset Store. >
I don't know at what it refers, i have replied asking exactly what was the content i don't own but haven't received any response..
Is it normal to shut down an asset, online for over 2 weeks, "featured", at it's third release and review, without even mention why??
Can you please help me figure out how to put my asset back on the asset store? I have customers asking me where to buy my asset and i really want them to go through the unity asset store.
I submitted a new build that doesn't contains any 3D model taken from some free 3D model download website, hoping this is the problem, but i haven't heard anything yet.
Please help me, Thank you in advance Alan
You're lucky. They nixed 3 of my best sellers without telling me they even did it. I'm still trying to find someone to talk to about this
