transparency trails on trees blowing in the wind
Hello- I am trying to leave a transparent trail behind trees as they blow in the wind. I have tried just about every way I can think of (new to unity) to no avail. If you have any suggestions, please help!
It sounds like you're asking for $$anonymous$$otion Blur. Note this would not affect just trees. If that's not what you intend, and you're using literal "photorealistic" tree models, there's not much you can do that will create a visually pleasing result. Screen effects like motion blur are pro features.

Without visual reference it's hard to know what effect you're after.
But have you tried a trail renderer?
Think acid trails...I can't figure out how to get trail render to pick up the movement of trees that have been added to a terrain with the brush. Any ideas? thanks for the response.
