Unity camera troubles
Hi,
The main camera seems to be too wide, but when I try to pull the field of view to more of a square; the actual game view seems to zoom in and out, rather than just stay static.
Here is a link to a basic screenshot I made.
All I want is to know how to make my camera more square. Been looking at the camera reference page for a while and some other things but all examples seem to have the camera looking...more normal. (Sometimes the most simple of things can be the most tedious)
Any help is appreciated thank you :)

The camera doesn't have any specific dimensions. In the editor, it depends on what you have the game view set to. In a stand-alone build, it depends on what resolution the user picks. The camera preview is arbitrary and doesn't mean anything as far as dimensions go.
Ok thank you for the reply, at this moment when I preview the game in the viewer it looks a lot different to when I build it and view it in my web browser. I prefer the dimensions in the web browser which I set up for 600x500. However it clips what I have seen in the game preview, meaning when I create and place assets they are not quite going to be how I want it to look because the game preview is different to the actual game. How can i change the game preview? ( I have tried the aspect ratio thing but the camera is still rectangle)
@oukanna: Adjust the size of the game preview pane the same way you adjust the size of any of the other panes in Unity. Turn the stats on so you can see what the size in pixels is exactly.
