Get data from SQLite to Show in Dropdown

Hello. I have a problem. I want to select data from SQLite to show in dropdown. but I don't know to do it. but I already successed it with inputfield.

I don't know if you have problem with sqlite but if you can't connect or something else please specify the problem.

I already fixed my problem used captionText. but how to make option in dropdown menu which same as captionText to be checked? alt text
