If I buy Unity Pro can I upload to App stores for free?
Sorry if I'm missing something here, but I just read that with Unity Pro you are able to upload to all the App stores. I just want to know, if I buy Unity Pro do I automatically get a free pass to upload to all stores (IOS, Google Play, etc), with no other fees such as the Google Play Developers fee, or the IOS $99/year fee? Or am I still required to purchase accounts for each individual upload?
Thanks in advance.

First, all versions of unity can be used to upload your build games/whatever to google/apple/etc stores. You WILL need to pay whatever fees to each vendor(google/microsoft/apple) that applies for their store. There isn't a partnership with each of the companies to wave the fee if you buy a Pro subscription.
So.

You do NOT get a free pass and will pay whatever the fees for the stores at the time you sign up for any of them.
Or am I still required to purchase accounts for each individual upload?
Not for each Upload, but for the rights to try and publish to the store, generally this is a yearly license and covers all of the applications you submit to the various stores.
