How can I make real-players online multiplayer games in unity just need 1-click to play like wings.io and krunker.io?

Hi, I'm working on an online multiplayer game project with real players, I've searched for tutorials on youtube about create multiplayer servers, but most of them are just tell how to host a room and join rooms with room name and password, what I want is to create a game with just 1 button to play, games like wings.io, krunker.io, or Fallguys, with REAL PLAYERS, when you press play, it gonna took you to a server WICH HAVE PEOPLE IN IT, like it will put you in a server with people in it instead of putting you in a blank server in random 100 servers, any suggestion, and tutorials that you guys know? I'm finding a tutorial about this :D Plz help, I'm so stuck right now :(((((((((((
