Upgraded to Unity Plus 2019.3.0f6 from Unity Plus 2019.2.15f1- apps now crash!

So I upgrade my Unity Plus from 2019.2.15f1 to Unity Plus 2019.3.0f6 and now every time I make a new apk, my apps crash. I have tried my app on multiple android devices, with android 10 and 9 on them and now the games will just crash instantly.

I also notice that my game timing is off, it goes super faster messing up my fade transitions because they certain elements load too fast.

Is there something I could do to make it run at the speed that I had it on the 2019.2.15f1 so it runs properly in the Game Scene of the editor and get them to run on my android devices. Such a mess.

Any help would be appreciated.
