How to make Editor fit on one monitor.

Hello, I'm new to this software and have opened it up. I plan on watching a few tutorials but the problem I am encountering is when I watch a video on my right hand screen, the editor itself is stretched over to the second screen as shown. Most applications have a window adjustment in the top right corner to allow you to full screen the app but doesn't look like I can do that with this app. I also can't use the cursor to drag the window from left to right to change it's size.

In the following screenshot, where you see red arrows, that is where you would typically adjust window size for an application, or points where you can grab with your cursor to adjust the screen size manually.
