How to install the license after I changed my computer [PIXYZ],I changed my computer, How should I reinstall my license to new computer.

This is Minju Kim and I have a question about the License Management

Last night, I changed my computer and tried to re-install my Pixyz product.

First, I released the license from the old computer because my computer ID changed

Second, I installed the license(offline) on the new computer.

After I did the above steps, I got this kind of message.

Can you please help what should I do?
