Alternative to MatchTarget with stepping/walking?
Hello,
I’m currently using MatchTarget to align my character to the handle of a door when the player clicks to open it. However, the result is that the character subtly slides to the handle for the first quarter of the animation.
How can I instead make him step or do a very short walk to the appropriate spot before playing his “open door” animation? Thinking vector3.movetowards, navmesh or IK could all be possible solutions but not sure which route to take.
