using Application.OpenURL for opening new tab?

title sais it. I want to make the OpenURL function open a new tab. Using a Webplayer project

This type of control only works for the webplayer.

 Application.ExternalEval("window.open('http://www.yourwebpage.com','_blank')");

this doesn't work with popup blocker
