2d Isometric game?
Before I look into unity, as part of a uni project, is this possible to do or am i barking up the wrong tree? The kind of game's im talking about are the likes of Zelda: A Link To The Past, y'know, the old snes rpgs.

You can make almost anything with Unity as long as you can code it though.

I agree with DanishDude. As long as you feel you're up to the job, Unity's up to the job.
So the official answer is yes, you can make a 2D Isometric game with Unity.
