Hi, I couldnt able to load the Ubuntu OS in the VM Ware? Can anyone please help me to install it?,I couldnt able to install ubuntu in VMware Application? Please kindly help me with the details...
I have already virtual file which is to support for Ubuntu OS. But now it saying as attached image. I have tried before once with same file and installed. It was working before but later i have re-installed but now its showing as OS is unable to find?

,I have virtual file while trying to opt for particular OS to install its saying as "couldn't detect which operating system is in the disc image....etc.... as mentioned in attachment.
