My grass mesh paints flat in unity. How can I fix?
Hey so I have a grass mesh in unity that I made in blender. When I paint it it comes out flat in stead of standing up. I am using Vert lit and I have tried changing the rotation in blender. I also cant change the rotation in unity. When I export my mesh as an fbx it cant be used as a grass mesh, but when I use a blend file it does work. I don't know if that is causing the problem. See screenshots below.

In blender export settings, check "Apply transform" option and select Y up and Z forward. Also, make sure your grass is facing up in blender.
I went into blender and tried to do ctrl+A and apply transform. However when I go to the user settings tab I cant see the apply transformations options for exporting. I tried searching the manual for such an option but I didn't find any.
The ctrl+A option didn't work.
No, do that when exporting to fbx, there will be an option in the bottom left corner, marked as experimental.
