Standard assess update creates error CS0016

Today I received an email from the asset store saying that Standard Assets had been updated to version 1.1.4

When I ran the update all seemed to be going well until I got the error below:

error CS0016: Could not write to file 'Assembly-CSharp'. Access to the path "C:\Users\Public\Documents\Unity Projects\Erasmus\Temp\Assembly-CSharp.dll" is denied.

As a new user I have no idea what this means or how to fix it. Please could anyone offer any advice on what may be happening here and how I can resolve it?
