Specular Shader On Lightmapped Objects [iOS]
Hi Everyone,
I am working on a racing game for ios and i am using bumped specular(1 directional light) shader to have shine on road with 1 directional light.
Now my problem is that road is a lightmapped object but shadows disappear when i use bupmed specular shader. And if i use bumped diffuse then shine[specularity] on road disappear.
Tell me a solution to have both of them on ios.
I want to use specular map with lightmapped shadows.
Any help would be great.
Thanks.
I'm guessing that this is on Unity 4? (No shadows on phones on U3).
I am using Unity 3.5.6 and i am not talking about real time shadows here. i am talking about the lightmapped shadows.
And I guess directional lightmaps are not an option either as of now. I tried baking with directional lightmaps and the result was no different from single lightmaps.
for now we are trying to put an alpha plane ins$$anonymous$$d of baked shadows on road and getting specular effect from bumped specular(1 directional light) shader itself. hope it works.

Use directional Lightmaps.
I tried directional lightmaps as well but they are not helping out in this situation.. either i can have lightmapped road with shadows or i can have shine on road without any shadows.
