How to make or find a SHA-1 certification? And where to find debug.keystore

Hi Everyone,

I'm struggeling how to make a SHA-1 certification. This is needed for Google Play Game Services. Online I found the answer to use the debug.keystore, located at C:\Users\Username.android\debug.keystore. But I don't have one over there. Can someone help me please?
