How to render at half-res, but display full-frame on Android?

We have an iOS app that we're trying out on Android. On iOS it's trivial to render a lower resolution, then upscale to fill the screen. I don't see a simple way to do this on Android. Anyone crack this nut? Thanks very much!

Rendertextures? Render the camera to a small RT and then enlarge it to fill the screen?

Are you looking to change the resolution of only 2D sprites, or objects rendered in 3D space (or both)?

Turns out Screen.SetResolution can do what I want (rescaling a lower-res game into a high-res screen), except that it seems to remap touch zones on the screen.
