Unity 5.6 flare lighting bug

I upgraded from Unity 5.3 to 5.6 today and I seem to be getting a weird glitch where it creates weird black and white spots in areas where it's bright. I think this has something to do whith flares but I have been trying to fix this for over an hour and nothing has been working. Can someone please help me because I really don't know what to do.
