Baked lights only show with a COPY of each light in the scene..?

So I've found a dirty solution to the problem of my lights not showing up after lightmapping:
[Ctrl]+A -> [Ctrl]+C -> [Ctrl]+V
Literally. I need an exact copy of EACH LIGHT in the scene in order for them to show up after light baking the map. Cannot retroactively turn either of them off. Fiddled with all the settings to the best of my abilities and research as stated in the OP.
This is highly inefficient especially because I'm building for Android.
I'm completely lost here. Literally anything is welcome at this point.
