Build Failure : Failed to sign and package the application. Check the editor log for more detail

Hi~ I was building VR sample project to Tizen phone but I had this problem. The error message is "Build Failure : Failed to sign and package the application. Check the editor log for more detail". I tried to search about this error in google but there is nothing related to the error. How can I fix this problem? Tizen phone is Z3 and I'm using cardboard-unity-0.7.2, unity5.3.4.
