Poor Texture Quality
The quality of the game is horrible when I start playing, but in the editor they appear normal, see:

You have the Scale set to 2.7x which means you are zoomed in and by that lowering the resolution by 2.7x so if you are using a 1080p resolution it will appear as 400p. The scale slider should only be used to examine things in detail.
