I downloaded Unity Collab. I followed the steps. Its not showing up in my toolbar. How do i fix this problem?

I put it on a different drive than unity is downloaded on so if that affects it let me know. Collab is enabled. But when I click on sign up it sends me to the download site, but I already downloaded it. Please help extremely frustrating.
