Particle Effect does not trigger again when the character animation loops in game view
Hi There,
I am new to the animation section of unity having played around with the particle system a lot, so apologies if this is a really basic question (despite doing a lot of forum and google searching I haven't had any luck)
I have attached particle effects to the hands of my character, which I want to be active for 1.02 seconds of the animation. The first time I play the animation it is great, however, when the animation loops the particle effect does not play again.
If I loop the particle it plays for the entire animation which I do not want.
I have added the IsActive property for the particle systems in the animation window, it just doesn't trigger them when the animation loops in game view.
I am trying to do this without scripting, and just have the particle effects as part of the animation. Is this possible?
Can anyone help?
