No Shadow Effect from Spot Light

There is no shadows created from the spotlight as you can see in the picture. I created this project with unity 5.3.2 but when I upgraded to unity 5.3.3 the problem wasn´t solved. If i create a new project the problem cease to exist. This is not an option because of the time I have spent on this project. (The picture only shows an example scene). It is clear that some settings are wrong. If you could help me it would be very appreciated.
