Galaxy skin for 2D ? Moving background which is effected by y axis [2D]

Hey guys and girls,

I have a TriangleSprite as Player and i want to give it a Galaxy like skin which moves with the y axis, like diablo3 cosmic wings or fortnite galaxy skin. I tried using a second camera but i didnt find it so like i wanted it to be. Maybe you have some tipps for me !
