Black spots on a lightmap and other artifacts,Some objects dont't bake on a lightmap

Hi! I've just started my unity journey. I'm trying to bake a lightmap, but there is a lot of glitches I have a no idea how to handle.

The most suspicious are black spots on the crates on the right side. I have no idea what can cause this. There is also issue with barrels - strange black shadow ant visible mark on the seam. Seams are visible on the torches too. I also feel like shadows on the shelves are unnatural.
