What do you mean by an SD$$anonymous$$? A Unity application that can be used to make another (Unity?) application...?

I have taken a app (including scene and scripts) and I want to make other ios / android apps ( not built by unity) to call my app as a component.

Hmm, looks like you can't even use DLL-like equivalents on IOS: http://stackoverflow.com/questions/8526694/does-ios-have-any-equivalents-to-dlls-ipc-process-spawning
