I need to create a drop DownList Like Structure in UI

i need to create a drop List like structure in UI like the image shown L1- list1 C1- category1 sc1- sub Category 1 ssc - subsubCategory1

my current Approach is to use vertical layout with Content Size filter even though with a warning in unity editor it works fine till SC1, the problem then occurs at SSC1 expanding and collapsing, i have to switch on/off the parent of SSC and SC in order to get them in order which gives a weird glitch in the game. any approach would be helpful TIA.
