              Applying cloth to a skinned mesh results in a strange behaviour?
We have a Dress model that we skinned to a 25 joints skeleton, when I try to apply Cloth component on a part of the imported mesh, it goes crazy, 2 screenshots are attached.

Things I have tried so far: Scaling up/down the mesh from transform scale and from Scale Factor Playing around with Normals/Tangents/Animations/Cloth Parameters/Skinned Mesh Renderer Parameters
Scaling up the mesh during the runtime 5X solved the problem, but if I tried the new scale from the beginning, the same problem occurs
