i need help in unity self balancing ragdoll

i saw a lot of people out there having fun with active ragdolls that can self balance.jump,punch,grab, use guns,ropes and vehicles, and i'm really into it i have intermediate programming skills and i really love game dev so any one can tell me how to achieve this effect in my gamelink text
