Collab not migrating heirarchy or attaching resources to components

I'm using Collab to switch working between my Windows desktop and MacBook Pro. The file changes all work great, but scenes added to the hierarchy and resources added to component fields don't update when pulled. Is this expected behavior? If not, how do I fix it?
