Physics2D.FixedUpdate and Device.Present lag spikes in profiler
Hey Unity Community So i have been making this infinite runner kind of game but i am getting serious lag spikes on mid -end android devices( LG nexus 4)
The lag becomes noticeable when using a speed run power up with the fps falling down to as low as 5-7 fps
the powerup is implemented by increasing the Timescale value to 6.0 . is there any way to reduce this lag ? . i have tried everything including reducing my no. of rigid bodies and colliders to a bare minimum required
i have attached the profiler screenshot
i am suspicious about this as the game has really simple b&w graphics and even the total no. of bodies is not that high .
is there anything i can do to improve the performance
