How do you monetize games for Windows Phone, Windows (PC) and the Web?

Good day!

I finished my game and would like to use advertising for monetization. But the network that I have considered (admob and unityAds) only work with Android and iOS, and so I need your advice - what ad network i can use for Windows Phone, Windows (PC) and the Web? I do not have to use the same network on all platforms, it may be different for different network platforms.
