Shader - Particles Additive missing?
Hi, where can I find Additive shader? I have only two (Standart Surface, Standart Unlit) and I have seen YT videos where guys have many shaders in the list. Thank you
It seems like you’re using the newest Unity. If no luck in the Legacy Shaders directories, you may use those under $$anonymous$$obile/Particles/. If you need the TintColor property, then you may either customize your own unlit shader which multiplies vertex color or just download the built-in shaders of the older Unity from download archive.

They are now in the legacy shader category.

How can I find it in the code?
Shader.Find ("Particles/Standard Surface/Additive")
Doesn't work for me. The old way was just
Shader.Find ("Particles/Additive")
Thanks
You dont need "Additive" in path to shader. Just "Particles/Standard Surface". Or as say higher, try it from Legacy folder.
This is how I do it in 2018.3
Shader.Find("Legacy Shaders/Particles/Additive")
ID$$anonymous$$ if they have removed the legacy Category in newer versions.
The "Legacy Shaders" words, but without it also works just fine. Thanks
