Animator keeps returning to its first state
![I'm trying to set up an animator to use this Mayan-style calendar as a spinning menu. Basically, the player moves a joystick to spin the text 90 degrees in whichever direction they want. The animator states that share a name with the options on the calendar (New Game, Level Select, Credits, and Quit) are just 1 frame during which their namesake is at the top position. I included a screenshot of my animator setup and the calendar.
I've been testing it in Play Mode by just activating the triggers that send it into the animation for turning it. Here's where it gets tricky. The dials rotate in the expected direction, but then immediately spin back to the position when "New Game" is at the top. There aren't even transitions between the "New Game" state and "Level Select," but it jumps right back, anyway.
