Scroll View Bug
as shown in the video after turning off rect mask2d, sometimes it just happens randomly(i dont know what caused it) the scroll bar is higher that what i gave it to be
not only that the gameobjects inside the "content" is not centered on their (border) higher than they should be.. trying to move it will only make whole game object move (I couldn't recenter them even using (pivot/center , global/local) thing...
please help. it happens all the time and i won't be using scroll bar 1 time thanks
Unity 2018.2.6f1 Scroll View is bugged, Hotkey is bugged.

I can't even scroll the new scroll rect ( From Right click new scroll rect )
