Getting the Location of a Laptop

Hello Comm-Unity,

I am working on a project in which I would like to try and get the exact location of a user's laptop. I've tried using the Location Service, but I can't seem to get it working. So what I'm wondering is if there is some way to use the Location Service for a Laptop, or if there's maybe a third-party API that does the same thing. Thank you very much!
