Using Dotfuscator in Unity's build pipeline
I am trying to integrate an obfuscation tool called Dotfuscator in an Android application. I am using c# and dotfuscator can obfuscate dlls but I am failing to integrate it to Unity's build pipeline. I am not sure which dlls I should obfuscate (I am actually obfuscating Assembly-Csharp.dll but it exists in multiple places like Temp/StagingArea, Library/ScriptAssemblies).
Is it possible to tell Unity to generate apk's with the given Assembly-Csharp.dll? I am not renaming anything public, serializable so that it won't break the application.
I would be really happy if you can help.
