Animator.Play waits for a couple of frames before starting.

Hi.

I noticed when I use Animator.Play(AnimationName); it takes 2-3 frames for the animation to actually start using animated data. I have a couple of curves attached to imported animations and if I check their values right after I start an animation I'm getting wrong results in the first several frames.

Is it intented behavior or a bug? Has anyone experienced such behavior?

I have the same problem, in the animator the transition takes some time to complete, and there is no "instant transition" fonction, don't know if it's a bug or just a missing parameter, but it's something I want to have too in the future :-/
