Unity 5.5.0f3 Compiler error
Just upgraded to 5.5. Now getting the error below. The localization assemblies in question have had the same name for years now without problem. They are placed in separate folders (en-CA, fr_FR) as is standard in microsoft's approach to localization. Looking at other like errors appearing over the last few days on the forums, this would appear to be a result of the new Mono compiler. Can anyone confirm this as a bug and/or suggest a way forward?
error CS1704: An assembly with the same name `CodeEnv.Master.Common.LocalResources.resources' has already been imported. Consider removing one of the references or sign the assembly Assets/CodeLibrary/en-CA/CodeEnv.Master.Common.LocalResources.resources.dll (Location of the symbol related to previous error) Assets/CodeLibrary/fr-FR/CodeEnv.Master.Common.LocalResources.resources.dll (Location of the symbol related to previous error)
Compilation failed: 1 error(s), 0 warnings
Correction: fr-FR, not fr_FR
Update: I've temporarily stopped copying the externally compiled assembly to the fr-FR folder which has removed the error, but I would like to get it back...
